Reporting Specialist / Senior Reporting Specialist

We are looking for Reporting Specialist / Senior Reporting Specialist for Energy firm, to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Monitor accounting for capital investments in accordance with IFRS requirements.
• Confirm accounting transactions are recorded in line with IFRS standards.
• Implement appropriate adjustments in the SAP system to comply with international accounting standards.
• Contribute to the development of complex internal reporting systems, scorecards, and dashboards using business intelligence solutions to support process improvement and specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain databases, tables, and processes to automate reports and analysis.
• Participate directly in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Correct errors and resolve discrepancies in data and reports to ensure data quality.
• Prepare presentations to communicate data in visual and written formats.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate directly in the preparation of monthly corporate reports ("Management Report"), quarterly, and annual financial statements of the Company in accordance with IFRS.
• Conduct reporting procedures in compliance with internal control requirements and IFRS standards.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (statement of financial position, statement of profit and loss, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity).
• Make necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies between IFRS requirements and tax accounting during financial statement preparation.
• Provide required documents during external audits and respond promptly to queries.
• Support external and internal auditors during financial statement audits and interim reviews.
• Participate directly in the development of software for activity directions and automation of relevant processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (e.g., financial analysis, data collection, etc.). 

Required Experience and Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/reporting, preferably with 2 years of experience in financial statement preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ACCA F2, F3, F7, ACCA DipIFR, or similar qualifications.
• Big 4 experience is a significant advantage.
