Local, well established oil and lubricants distributor is seeking a country manager to handle local sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Determines annual plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
4. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
5. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
6. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
7. Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.

Ideal candidates hould have:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in lubricants and motor oil sales market.
2. Bachelor degree(preferably in business administration or  marketing)

Should know:

1. Sales procedure and structure
2. Lubricants(oil) market in Azerbaijan
3. Technical specification and application of lubricants and motor oil
4. English(minimum intermediate)

Salary :2500-3000 AZN
