CG Ventures is seeking a result-driven, innovative and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Baku. In this role you will be at the heart of our newly established Azerbaijani operations. You will be responsible to organize and coordinate administrative tasks and office operations. It is your responsibility to develop and maintain a pleasant work atmosphere while also guaranteeing high levels of organizational performance, communication. Our team consists of ambitious members who constantly seek to expand individual and collective knowledge, want to apply a strategic mindset to organizational problems and thrive in dynamic environments. And we like to have fun too!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized, and well-functioning office environment
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment (e.g. stationery, Hardware) 
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Provide general support to candidates, customers and other visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address management queries regarding meeting and travel arrangements
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders. 
  • Distribute information, memos, and announcements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Skills to manage interpersonal conflicts and promote a harmonious work atmosphere. 
  • Efficiently manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
