Title: Translator

Requirements:

• a linguistics degree from University of Languages (or equivalent)
• fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• at least one year work experience in written translation
• excellent written translation skills
• effective writing skills
• adherence to schedules and deadlines
• ability to work independently
• ability to work from distance
• effective organizational skills
• effective computer skills
• good interpersonal relations

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• translating assigned documents in timely manner and ensuring high quality standards
• proofreading and editing translated documents
• using internet as a research tool during translation process
• liaising with project staff and clients to discuss any unclear points
• following ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information

Salary: 500-600AZN
