Boutique Manager

Responsibilities:

The main function of the Boutique Manager is management of the Boutique’s activity and the Boutique’s team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Boutique, ensuring the fulfillment of the Boutique’s management decisions referring to the Boutique’s activity, ensuring the high level of the boutique’s clients servicing.

Other main duties:

organization of the Boutique trading process in accordance with local legislation and internal company require¬ments;
personal work with a clients, do personal sales;
en¬suring of the high level of client service;
ensuring of fulfillment of the Boutique’s sales plans;
organization of the optimal functioning and control of the current state of the warehouse, direct participation carrying out inventories;
Regular and in-time reporting;
management of the Boutique’s employees;

Requirements:

Proven sucsessful experience in the same or similar position;
Fluent English speaker;
Advanced PC user
