Construction company looking for Quality manager.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English
- Minimum of  5  year experience as Quality manager
- Good team working skills
- Decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Result oriented
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for implementation and maintenance of organization’s Quality & HSE Management System as
Per theISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards for getting of ISO9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007
Certificates from external CertificationBody (Company passed the External Audit with success and received
İinternational Standards Certificates).
- Promotion of Quality & HSE awareness at all levels of the organization.
- Conduction of QHSE Internal Audits and Certification.
- Coordination of QHSE compliance within all team operations.
-Identifying the areas which need quality improvements and bring thesame to the attention of concerned individual.
-Liaise with external agencies, supplies, customers including the quality accreditation agency to settle and organize matters related to quality assurance and control.
-Organize and maintain documents/records pertaining to quality management system.
-Carry out periodical analysis of data based on the performance statistics of the organization.
- Ascertain the continuing suitability and adequacy and effectiveness of quality management system.
-Assist in preparation of procedures and method statements, advice and assist the implementation codes of practice, guidance, etc.
 -Investigation of causes of any accident and the circumstances leading to it. Compile the necessary reports and give advice to prevent reoccurrences.
- Carry out periodic inspections to identify unsafe plant, working conditions and practices.
- Review and maintenance of all statutory documents and publications and report changes or highlights to management. Ensure that any changes in the HS&E management system or procedures are communicated to all personnel.
 - Conduction of Management Review Meetings at specified intervals, prepare minutes and circulate among the participants.
 - Promote and encourage awareness of safety matters and accident avoidance procedures throughout the company.
- Work in collaboration with the General Manager to secure the planned HS&E training of all employees from induction to specific job training and in all aspects of the work.

Salary:
Wages starts from 1500 AZN per month.
