Job Information:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement classroom management techniques to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop educational materials and programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in English pedagogy and apply best teaching practices.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.
- Participate in department meetings, training workshops, and educational conferences.
- Work closely with management to achieve educational goals and standards set by Pilgrim Education.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English language education.
- Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for educational excellence and student development.
- Certification in English (IELTS) or a similar certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with educational software.
