Job title: Development & Optimization of Business Processing Division
Position : IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Performing data collection for optimization processing;
• Assist in development of the specification by recommending alternative solutions to technical problems;
• Project interactions with business lines and/or marketer;
• Communication and clarification the results of processing automation;
• Providing programming support of ad-hoc requests and special projects as assigned;
• Collection, consolidation and development of business needs and technical tasks;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and develop self-competencies;
• Support and instruction of users;
• Produce test plans and test scripts for use in system and user testing;
• Track, and escalate if appropriate, timely and accurate resolution of change requests and defects;
• Prepare and document test output for sign off review.
Qualifications:
• B.S. or higher degree in relevant technical fields (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics etc);
• 2 to 3 years of significant experience in data analysis in banking or financial institution environment;
• Experience in specification needs of software support;
• Knowledge of SQL and using of other program languages;
• Experience in usingXML (xsd, xpath, wsdl), SOAP, Drools;
• Experience in creation of system report (BIRT);
• Experience in Eclipse development is preferred;
• Adaptability to changing information systems environment;
• Documentation and project management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent verbal communication, correspondence and presentation skills;
• Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred.
