Administrative Specialist

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including answering multi-line phones directing calls and taking messages as appropriate, greeting the public, typing, copying, filing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office;
  • Appropriately maintain and secure confidential records and inquiries;
  • Coordination of expat employees with their relocation to Azerbaijan
  • Collect and prepares all necessary documents for the migration service for expat employees, apply to the appropriate authorities to obtain a work permit and temporary residence;
  • Format and complete special projects as assigned by the director;
  • Assist the organization of the events
  • Comply with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations;
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed. 

Qualifications and experience:

  • High school diploma/certificates
  • Previous experience in successful management or administration is preferred

Skills:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work rapidly and accurately; 
  • Ability to multi-task giving priority to the most important duties
