Skill Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years O & G project experience
• Project Management Certification 
• Major EPC project engineering & design experience (Select, PRE-FEED, FEED, DDE)
• Proven experience in execution and delivery of offshore EPC projects (offshore jackets, topside, living quarter, umbilical, subsea pipeline) 
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment demonstrating; collaborative, cooperative, flexible, adaptable, respectful, and tactful personal characteristics.
• Has proven experience in a leadership role and has demonstrated the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Confident and energetic approach to addressing all design, procurement, construction & technical issues.
• Fluent English speaking & proficient in the ability to produce quality written reports in English.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint 

Job responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams on assigned activities from concept to delivery and hand-over.  
• Allocate and coordinate project related activities and tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of key project procedures and plans including the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Ensure proper coordination and communication is maintained between all stakeholders including HSE, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Controls, Quality Management, Legal, etc.
• Participate in project reviews, prepare progress reports and status update
• Responsible for the project meeting technical requirements, schedule and budget.
• Plan and schedule project related activities and tasks.  Identify critical paths.  Monitor and report project progress.
• Interface with Contractors’ and Vendors’ on technical issues to ensure safe and efficient progress is maintained whilst maintaining the necessary levels of a quality.
• Review Contractor/Vendor daily reports and identify any issues or concerns needing immediate attention.
• Support Project Team in delivering the Project QHSSE objectives by demonstrating a personal commitment & leadership towards QHSSE.
• Fully aligned with specifications and requirements to review and challenge engineering Contractor’s drawings, designs, calculations and other technical documentation in collaboration with Engineering team.
• Liaise actively with the Procurement Team and package engineers to ensure that all materials and equipment are being delivered on time and will meet the project schedule requirements.
• Work with the Construction team to ensure all fabrication and construction work is executed to the necessary standards of quality whilst ensuring that all relevant inspection and testing is conducted correctly.
• Take responsibility for ensuring Technical Queries are properly addressed by all relevant disciplines and are closed out in a timely manner.
• Form part of the Project Team monitoring the status of design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning activities as well as delivering plans to close gaps and improve performance. 
• Contribute to regular project progress reporting.
• Take a leadership role for project interfaces and ensure that all relevant Parties deliver their inputs in a timely manner to maintain the overall Project schedule.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Exercise sound engineering practices and follow relevant procedures.
