About position:

As Baltika-Baku is preparing  transformation for  the HR as Business Partner function, the Employer expecting to hire  multi-experienced specialist,
who will manage several processes for 2-3 functions (exp Supply Chain only, or Commercial only, or Support functions only) :  
Different HR projects, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Development  Activities Administration & Performance management as well.

Requirements:

Higher Education  
Minimum 3 years experience as HR generalist
Fluent Understanting of advance HR processes
Fluent in Azeri, Russian & English Languages
Strong Presentation, Communication & Negotiation skills
Advanced MS Office user
Positive  Microclimate is very important for Baltika-Baku, so we will be much focused to the candidate who often demonstrates Team work, Ability to work under stress, Patience, Self-motivation & Flexibility.
