Job Description

• Responsible for the market exploitation through appropriate Service/ Aftersales activities for Audi vehicles
• The job holder ensures customer satisfaction objectives are achieved through Service Core Process application in line with Audi brand values and standards.
• The Audi Service/ Aftersales Manager defines target oriented actions and breaks down Audi’s corporate targets into clearly structured departmental and individual employee targets and ensures their achievement.

Skills

• Proven ability to achieve financial and quality targets,
• High levels of customer orientation,
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Aftersales market,
• Experience in a management position with a premium brand
• Proven ability to achieve sustainable results through implementation of effective processes and team empowerment,
• Strong commercial expertise; use of management and control instruments,
• Knowledge of modern communication and information systems,
• Relevant automotive Aftersales trainings and management qualifications,
• Thorough Audi product knowledge,
• Pronounced specialist knowledge in the Aftersales area including profound experience in both parts and service,
• Relevant marketing knowledge in area of business,
• Knowledge of labor, business and social law,
• Brand adequate customer orientation,
• Ability to deal with conflicts,
• Ability to create an environment/culture of trust,
• Ability to perform under pressure.
