- Good knowledge of MC Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent negotiation /communications skills
-  minimum 2 years work experience in administration , procurement & logistics ,

Main responsibilities:
 

- market analyses in Azerbaijan , communicate with potential clients 
-  Preparation of transport documents / contracts
- Negotiations with customers and inform status of their shipments
- Organization and holding meetings
- Regular repot to director about works
