Job description

The main duties of the successful candidate will be:

• Revenue and expenses accounting as per statutory/tax and international standards
• Preparation of monthly internal and external reports
• Dealing with different tax and accounting issues
• Preparation and filing of reports to the state authorities (the Ministry of Taxes, the State Social Protection Fund, etc.)
• Working with 1C accounting software
• Advising clients on accounting and tax issues
• Regular communication with clients and the state authorities
• Other daily accounting tasks

Requirements

• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics
• Advanced written and spoken Azeri and English, Russian will be an asset
• Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
• Be creative and ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients’ expectations
• Knowledge of tax and financial accounting
• Experience in tax and/or accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
