SINAM was founded in 1994 as one of the first IT companies in the region. SINAM is a member of American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan since July 1998. SINAM is the first Azerbaijani company which represented Azerbaijan ICT industry in the biggest European ICT exhibition - CeBIT 2005, Hannover.
