Baku Tourism Information Center
Baku Tourism Information Center (BTIC) is the governmental organization which provides tourism information services and products in Azerbaijan’s capital city – Baku. In addition, BTIC is curating main tourism activities and events in order to sustainably develop city tourism and create favorable conditions for the tourists of the city. For the awareness building and promotion of Baku as a modern, well-organized destination as well as improving both the visitor experience and the perception of value for foreign tourists, Baku Tourism Information Center provides multiple products and services such as:
1. Tourist Info Points at the airport and central streets of Baku in order to support toursits with tourism related information and printed materials
2. Baku City Tour Hop-On & Hop-Off – city tour with audio guides in 16 language and special tracking system
3. Group tours to Gobustan and Ateshgah & Yanardag reserves – main cultural spots of Baku surroundings
4. BakuCard – official city card of Baku which provides special benefits for the tourists
5. Events during local and international holidays
