Job Title:  Maintenance Resources Supervisor 
Location: Azerbaijan

A vacancy has arisen for a Maintenance Resources Supervisor position as part of the onshore Business Unit.
The Maintenance Resources Supervisor will report to the Technical Integrity Manager or Maintenance Team Leader. The Maintenance Resources Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Materials related issues are dealt with on a timely manner and takes responsibility for inputting offshore requirements into Client PM System, and also to be a conduit between Client Procurement and KCAD Offshore Maintenance to facilitate a smooth transition of the ordering and procurement process.

Skills and Experience:

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures
• Ensure the integrity and correct operation of both the KCAD Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and any Client system that may be in operation, including the upkeep and monitoring of all system hardware
• Ensure all software is maintained up to date in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any amendments as authorised by Senior Management
• Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy
• Assist in Tracking R&M costs versus budget and reporting as necessary
• Have the necessary skills and ability to review material criticality and act accordingly
• Ensure that all certification requirements, material classification and all equipment specifications are included in the ordering process
• Liaise with the offshore Maintenance Supervisors on a daily basis to clarify material requirements
• Liaise with Client Purchasing Department to ensure correct and timely materials ordering is processed
• Produce weekly reports to be distributed to KCAD Management of the status of materials procurement and expediting.
• Distribute the PSR to the respective installations on a weekly basis
• Have excellent supervisory experience and good knowledge of drilling equipment
• 3 years’ experience in Materials and Maintenance Management

• Excellent Oral and Written English skills
• Necessary Computer skills
• Be proficient and have extensive skills in the following areas:
o Supply Management
o Import/Export Compliance
o Budget vs Cost Analysis
o Quotation Analysis
o Procurement
o Expediting
o PO Compliance
