Job Description:

• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. 
• Provide controlling support for EPC projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
• Monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery from the beginning up to the closure of the project.  
• Support project performance management activities, such as Cost Control Report 
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. 
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required
• Ensure coordinated approach and consistency between cost reporting and contractual requirements. 
• Provide input into project budgets and cost forecasting, as required.
• Compare budget and ITD (inception to date) related to manhours and budget cost
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for the Client.
• Preparing Cost reports for existing projects.
• Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans
• Participate in Meetings with Construction Contractor
• Organize and participate in Weekly Team Meetings to assess upcoming projects and track ongoing projects.
• Support PM in Bid Review/Award process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Construction or the related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related field
• Familiarity with financial programs and software
• Basic understanding of principles of finance and construction
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English is a must
