Job Description

The Technical Commercial Specialist will be responsible for providing support to Sales and Finance teams reconciling and closing out relevant sales tasks, perform evaluations, follow-up on customer requests, analyses and reports generation as and when required. The role will also involve managing the general office administration. This is an ideal role to the ones that can multitask and would like to combine sales activity with standard office work while being part of a dynamic and motivated team in a reputed multinational company.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements providing timely and accurate feedback, maintaining consistent communication with customers
 Support the prospection of new customers in designated countries;
 Maintain existing customer relationships and aim to create new and last longing ones
 Discuss and support the negotiation of contract terms and tenders
 Record and maintaining customer information and opportunity data in CRM (C4C)
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports for sales and service activities to Western FSU Sales and Service Manager. Weekly reporting of main activities, orders and sales with the contribution of CST Dubai team
 Support the elaboration of quotations with the proper support from Dubai team. Close follow up on orders, payments, shipments etc
 Work with other departments to expedite service request keeping track of all the transactions
 Tracking and archiving all paperwork related to IN and OUT jobs, orders as well shipments
 Control spare parts/materials coordination in workshop maintaining close collaboration and interaction with commercial and logistics departments
 Assure correspondence flow and proper communication of John Crane Baku LLC with suppliers, customers, agencies and local authorities
 Assist Finance in resolving payment issues in case of product discrepancies our inaccurate invoices
 Prepare notifications for non-compliances
 To carry out simple translations (quotes, presentations, letters) between English-Russian-Azerbaijani
 To deal with Finance/consulting company which JC Baku is outsourcing to comply all requirements as per Azerbaijan legislation
 Support the translating of different letters from English to Azeri and Russian or vice versa (when required)

Required Skills and Experience

 University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) or proven experience to support all the required task with minimum supervision.
 Professional experience in technical, commercial and admin.
 Commercial knowledge in a proactive multinational and multicultural environment.
 A strong technical knowledge of John Crane product portfolio or similar Industry.
 Extensive knowledge and experience of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan markets is important.
 Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical and general industries
 Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques Supervises
 Languages: English, Russian and Azeri
