CHIEF LAWYER

Job Description:

• To equip with expertise and continuously develop the Agreements on the activities of the Company;
• To participate in drawing the proposals for legal references;
• To participate in drawings the responses to legal inquires;
• To participate in investigation of existing legal issues in all structures of the Company and instructing the staff;
• To participate in legal expertise of all deals, also international agreements and contracts;
• To represent the Company in court proses and litigations;
• To take the necessary measures connected with court litigations
• Legal services on protecting the Company interests within the frames of Contract between the Company and Customer;
• Legal services on protecting the interests of the Company within the frames of sub contracts between General Contractor and Sub Contractor;
• Legal services on protecting the interests between the construction companies and construction materials suppliers;
• Legal services on protecting the interests based on the arguments between Project companies and customers of construction projects;
• Legal services on issues related with the permission for exploration of construction facilities;
• Legal services on issues related with litigations on state procurement (competitions, auctions, tenders) organized and carried out by the state, municipality and executive authorities;
• Legal services on protection the interests of the company in tax disputes;
• Legal Consulting on construction and investment projects of the company

Requirements:

• Education background on related field;
• Minimum 5 year experience as a Director of Law department or in Management position
• Good English and Russian command is an advantage;
• Knowledge on MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience with FIDIC contracts
• Experience with Financial organizations contracts (WB, EBRD, etc.)
• Experience in Business structuring and modeling (Legal Part)
• Experience in Corporate Law minimum 10 years
