Alongside with Human resource department operations organization, the HR Director expected to focus on the following areas of the HR Management:
- Strategic management of staff planning and recruitment processes
- Monitoring motivation program & to make it maximum effective to the company's interest.
- Monitoring and consultancy of management on effectiveness of training programs & making it works at the best for the company's needs.
