Administration Assistant

International Engineering company working in Oil and Gas field requires an Administration Assistant for its Branch office in Baku.

Main responsibilities will include: office administration (there are only 8  Employees), basic book-keeping, invoicing, keeping time-sheets of the Staff, basic HR support.

Requirements: female, excellent spoken and written English, experience on similar administration position for at least 3-4 years (preferably in international company), basic knowledge of book-keeping, advanced user of MS Office package (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
 
Salary USD 1200-1500 a month
