Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER AZERBAIJAN

Location:  Baku, Azerbaijan

• Management of Financial Performance and Statutory Reporting across the end market (Azerbaijan)
• The role is considered a key development role for Talent Pipeline.

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain and develop the Internal Control Environment
• Innovation to deliver Continuous Business Improvement
• Development and renewal of financial policies
• Internal Talent Development
• Responsibility for preparation of Statutory Accounts for both UK and Local requirements.
• Responsibility for preparation of Consolidated Accounts and Reporting to the Area and UK Inter-Company Arrangements and Reporting
• Preparation of Management Information (definition of requirements through ExCo)
• Liaison with Internal and External Audit
• Taxation
• CAPEX Management
• Regulatory compliance
• Compliance with Internal Global Process Standards
• Ad hoc Reporting and Project Work
• Support the Head of Finance

Knowledge, Skill & Experience

 A strong understanding of Internal Controls and Best Practice
 Experience of using SAP and HFM
 Recognised Accounting Qualification
 Understanding of local taxation regulations
 Experience of managing a finance team
 Good Communication Skills

Good written and verbal English Language skills
